Acquisition of Intellectual Assets
AiRozIs is open to proposals for the acquisition of exclusive economic rights to Salvarium and Salvarium Nexus as a single, indivisible package.
The proposed acquisition encompasses a portfolio of original creative works, including the game universe, the digital platform concept, interconnected systems, project architectures, and planned directions for future development.
Separate acquisition of Salvarium or Salvarium Nexus is not offered, as both projects were originally designed as interdependent elements of a unified ecosystem.
The scope of documentation to be transferred, transaction structure, and commercial terms will be determined individually through negotiations.
Acquisition of the Company
As a separate transaction option, AiRozIs is also open to considering proposals for the acquisition of AiRozIs LLC (OsOO “AiRozIs”) as a legal entity, together with its intellectual assets.
This option involves the potential acquisition of an existing corporate entity that holds the exclusive economic rights to Salvarium and Salvarium Nexus.
The terms of company acquisition, transfer of corporate control, and future management arrangements will be determined through individual negotiations in accordance with applicable legislation.
Strategic Cooperation
In addition to the acquisition of intellectual assets or the company, AiRozIs is open to considering strategic cooperation proposals aimed at the technical implementation, development, and international expansion of the unified ecosystem.
Potential areas of cooperation include MMORPG development, digital platform implementation, game publishing, technological advancement, and the prospective establishment of production complexes incorporating educational and professional development facilities.
Specific forms of cooperation will be considered individually and do not imply any obligation to implement particular initiatives before the relevant agreements have been reached.
